- Can our staff be certified to deliver this themselves?
- Yes. The whole-building program includes train-the-trainer certification so the work continues after the engagement ends.
- Do you provide data for grant reporting?
- Pre and post assessments are included in the series and program tiers, formatted for funder and board reporting.
- What group size works best?
- Forty participants is the cap for a single facilitator. Larger groups are split into cohorts or run with a co-facilitator.
