Direct Coaching
The premium tier: direct access to the practitioner
Coaching is for people who want the work applied to their own life rather than delivered to a room. It is a small practice by design, with a limited number of active clients at any time so the attention stays real.
- One-on-one and small group formats
- Limited roster, by application
- Rooted in the same CBT framework

What Gets Covered
The material
Restoration Work
For clients in or just past a hard chapter. The focus is stabilizing first, then rebuilding on something that holds.
Direction and Decision
Structured work for people who are functioning but stuck, clarifying what the next chapter actually asks of them.
Sustainable Leadership
For leaders whose role is costing more than it returns. Boundaries, recovery, and a workable standard.
How It Works

Questions
Before you book
- Is coaching the same as therapy?
- No, and Alonzo is direct about the line. Coaching is forward-facing and practical. If clinical care is what you need, he will say so and help you find it.
- How long do clients usually stay?
- Most engagements run three to six months. The goal is for you to not need it, and progress is reviewed openly at the end of each block.
- Why is there an application?
- The roster is small. The application makes sure the time goes to people the work can actually help.
